The American Subcontractors Association-Midwest Council is pleased to announce that we have recently partnered with the St. Louis Blues 14 Fund. The 14 Fund was created in 1998 to honor former Blues player, Doug Wickenheiser (#14), who passed away in 1999 after a long battle with cancer. The mission of the 14 Fund is to positively impact programs and services that improve the health and wellness of youth in the St. Louis area.
